Pericles Manthos, P.E  
   

Mr. Manthos, P.E., Owner - Manager, brings over 26 years of versatile engineering and management experience. He has worked in various design and construction management roles in the private and public sectors.

Recent experience in the private sector as the Director of Transportation Services for the Program and Construction Management Division of Carter & Burgess included overall management of large projects as well as direct management for several projects including the Monorail Extension Project in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When Mr. Manthos moved to Hawaii he joined the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) as a Civil Engineer in the Division of Water and Land Development (DOWALD). He then assumed the role as the Design and Construction Chief Engineer for all DOWALD projects.

Mr. Manthos then moved to the Department of Transportation (HDOT), as Oahu District Engineer, and was eventually named State Highways Administrator. As District Engineer the completion of the H-3 highway was conducted under his supervision.
